4 whole lemons 2 l water 1 tablespoon sugar Cut the lemon into pieces and place in a bowl. Pour 1/4 of the sugar and water over the lemon pieces. Knead the juice out of the lemon pieces and empty bowl on the juice after a few minutes, use a sieve when emptying the juice. Repeat the process four times, you’ve got everything you can use from the lemons. Serve in a glass with ice!
